Need help with 5 month old!

Sometimes she fusses, grunts, cries, etc when breastfeeding. Shes already on zantac for acid reflux. She used to do it on my left side which has always made less milk had less letdown etc. but recently she will do it on both sides. Sometimes she has gas or sometimes I think it could be teething. I wonder if it's bc it's not coming out as fast as a bottle she doesn't get them too often though. Could my milk supply be dropping? How do I increase it? She's fighting me so much I wonder if it's time to quit but I don't want to! Also he has started a habit of only wanting to nap on me while nursing, how do you all get your lo's to nap in their crib?!
