Breastfeeding

So painful...please help

November 2012 in Breastfeeding

My LO is one month old and breastfeeding has been going really well. Except the past few days my nipples have been hurting and today they hurt so bad that this last time he nursed I cried. I have tried the cream, soothies pads, ice packs, tea bags etc and don't know what else to do. They are so incredibly sore I can barley stand to nurse him He still has a good latch... Anyone have any suggestions???
