Waking up at night??

Hi ladies! My DD has been waking up twice at night to nurse. Is there some sort of growth spurt or something. She went through her 3 month growth spurt already and now for the past week she's been waking up again! Am I not filling her up at night or something? Please help I'm so sleep deprived!! And before all of this she was sttn by 2 months.
