I'm disgusting

After school today I went to the gym and ran= got nice and sweaty.  Then, after we got home and I fed LO, he spit up ALL over me.  I had spit up in my ear, in my hair, running down my neck, and all over my clothes (they were my gym clothes).  3 hours later and I'm still wearing my sweaty/spit up gym clothes, my hair is crunchy with dried spit up, and when I stick my finger in my ear its still wet.  And I'm contemplating not changing before bed.  I'm gross.
