I want to complain about my jury duty experience...

I had to serve jury duty on Tuesday and it was pretty disheartening their lack of accomodations for breastfeeding mothers.  My state does not automatically exempt breastfeeding mothers from jury duty, so of course I showed up with my pump and cooler bag.  I was initially told I would have to pump in the bathroom (thankfully they at least had a private one person bathroom), but very, very unsanitary.  However, the outlets didn't even work in there.  So eventually they let me use their private bathroom which was still very gross.

I want to write a letter to my state lawmakers to complain, but I'm not sure who I should write to.  Any ideas?
