Sick baby. Stomach bug.

Liam is sick. He had his 4 month appointment yesterday and they gave him his shots. Today he has thrown up about four.times and has had diarreah. I called his doctor and they said it is most likely a stomach bug and not a reaction from his shots. I just feel so bad because I don't know what to do. He seems so miserable and he just wants to nurse but my nipples are raw from the constant nursing today. I am hoping I can get him to sleep for a couple hours to give my breasts a break but I'm not sure that's going to happen. Hoping this passes soon because it's hard seeing him sick and not being able to make it all better.
