Ever since I became pregnant, my nipples have been super sore and almost painful when my son nurses. He is almost 2. He was slowing down, doing it once a day or even once every other day (his choice) but I guess once I got pregnant my milk tasted better because he wants to nurse more. It's not a problem, it's just that my nipples are sore. Is this something that will eventually end? I'm still producing milk and his latch is strong.
