BF problem...please help
Hey gals. So, I've been lucky enough so far with BFing that I haven't had to ask for any help, but I'm on the edge over something seemingly small now.
Starting last night, when LO is actively sucking, I have this pain/sensation that is so incredibly irritating and uncomfortable. It's hard to describe, but it kind of tickles in a vibrating way. It's all in my nipple and surrounding areola...not breast really. Yes, it's like an annoying vibration. I'm ready to cry bc it's so irritating. He's feeding as I type and it's awful!! Anyone else experience this? FWIW, I use a nipple shield, but I always have and never felt this sensation. Thank you!!!
