Might be the weirdest question...

I hope by chance this has happened to someone. So for about a few months I have had this "pimple" on my left boob. on the side of it. 3 inches from my nipple.

of course I cant leave things alone and so before I was squeezing it like a pimple.  left it alone.  now it has turned into this cyst type of thing. its about a dime size ball.  I squeezed it and I swear colostrum came out or it might be infected and its puss. but it doesnt smell so I am thinking its the colostrum.

So do I go to OB or dermatologist?  what the heck is it. what do I do about it. has anyone had this??
