I think this is funny, I pump at night before I go to bed and my H works nights so a few nights a week I am alone well I often call my best friend and we catch up while I pump or sometimes she even comes over as we are neighbors as well. No matter what if I am talking to her I always get way more milk. Last night I was nog yielding much, she called me to chat about the election and I got off the phone and had filled my pumping tube. It always works I know it is a relaxing thing, but I can't even replicate by talking with my hubs.
