Support group question

I was going to go to a local breastfeeding support group as a way to get out of the house. Do you typically feed your baby at these things? I can't get in touch with the leader at the moment and wanted to go to today's meeting. I don't want to show up with hungry babies and my giant feeding pillow if that isn't really what goes on. You can weigh your baby so I'm assuming that means a weighed feeding? Anyone have any insight?
