What does LO wear to bed?

I am so confused on how to dress LO for sleep! I'm scared of him overheating, but I'm also worried about him being too cold. I'm a cold person, so I can't tell if I hour dress him how I dress for night, or if he's comfortable with less.

The outside temp is in the 30-40s and I have the heat on at 68-69 most nights.

I put LO in a cotton sleeper with a fleece sleepsack or fleece sleeper with cotton sleepsack. Is that enough? Is it too much? How do you dress LO?
