I EP and have a question.

If i get a bottle of pumped milk from the fridge at 10pm and let it sit out, can I use it at a 3 or 4 am feeding?

Ive seen the guidelines for how long milk can stay in the fridge, and how long freshly pumped milk can stay out, but what about refrigerated milk sitting out? The milk was pumped either that day or the day before if that matters.
