I've been asking around about what to do for the post partum hair loss, and the answer I keep getting is A) It happens to everyone, and it will stop eventually, and Take biotin.
There are a ton of articles about it, but basically, it is a B7 vitamin (aka vitamin H), and helps with hair, skin, and nails. It also helps with carbohydrate, fat and energy metabolism.
It probably won't stop the loss completely, but should help a bit. And it will help with healthy re-growth. Either way, it certainly couldn't hurt. It can be found in any pharmacy with all the other vitamins. HTH!
