Slow pumping?

Up until this last weekend, pumping took me 10-15 minutes, maybe 20 minutes tops if I hadn't pumped in awhile. Starting Saturday, it now takes me 20-30 minutes to pump and I have no idea why. I've cranked up my pump, I massage to help increase flow, etc. It wouldn't be a big deal except that I pump at work and it was taking me 30 minutes for the entire break, now it'll take me closer to 45 and I hate being away from my desk so much. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to speed up the process again?
