Need Advice, a mom here

My husband Ryan and I have been together technically for 8 years and married for 5. We have three kids together. We renewed our vows in September, before our newest addition arrived and before we moved a few states away for Ryan's job. Thanksgiving will be our technical 6 year anniversary since we've been together again, we got together in October 2004, but broke up in June 2005, and then got back together Thanksgiving 2006 and have been together ever since.

Anyway, I want to do something special for him but I have no idea what to do! Any ideas dads? I'm at a loss since we already renewed our vows, but I still want to do something special for him! Help me out here!
