If you read my previous post about solids you'll see that I had a major oversupply issue when I started out breastfeeding which was horrible but also allowed me to store a lot of milk. I have the milk in our regular freezer and the oldest is about 3 months old. Is it safe in a regular freezer for up to 6 months or does it need to be moved to a deep freezer?
