Eating And Pooping Less

I assume that the pooping less is a result of eating less, but this is what is going on with S. She is BF and gets an occasional pumped bottle. I thought that maybe she was just becoming more effecient at the boob, then this morning I gave her a bottle and she only drank 1oz. I put her back on the boob and she drank a little more. This is all she has eaten since midnight. She isn't acting hungry and is as playful as usual, but I don't like it. Has anyone gone through this?
