Pleasant Surprises?

I know we all vent a lot on here so here is a happy question. In the 3 or 4 months since your LO was born, what has been the most pleasant surprise about your baby and being a mother?

For me, it's what a happy baby she was. DS didn't smile a lot. He was a very good baby but he was quiet and not very interactive and talkative. DD smiles SO much and she talks constantly. It warms me up so much after I get home and she just grins.
