cracked and bleeding nipples

Hi ladies,

 So my baby was born a little early so all the doctor's say that their latch and sucking may take some time since he is not skilled like a 39-40 weeker. He is now 2 months old and still having latching problems and not my nipples have cracked and one has started to bleed. I have been working with a lacation nurse but would love some extra tips on how to heal everything and tips on latching him right. For me he just does not open his mouth wide enough, how am I suppose to help that? Thanks ladies!
