pg while nursing and sick all the time

I'm only 8 weeks along, but in the past 6 weeks I've either had a cold or a cold sore in addition to the usual morning sickness.  It's like my body just can't keep up with me.  I'm eating well, no vomitting, sleeping as much as I possibly can (8-9h/night), vitamins, washing my hands, and just as I start to feel better I get another cold.

I'm seriously starting to wonder if my body just can't handle the demands of nursing and being pregnant at the same time.  My son is 18mo and nurse 5-6 times a day (a few in the early morning, after work and before bed). 

Not really sure what I'm looking for here, just some support I guess.  I really want to keep nursing but I'm wondering if I'm one of those people who just won't be able to do it physically.
