Pumping both sides at work?

I will be returning to work in two weeks, so I'm trying to prepare myself with a pumping schedule at work. I had never really thought about it, but DD only takes one side per feeding. Should I only pump one side per pump at work? Would this cause my supply to decrease, since the pump is not as efficient as baby? I had a huge oversupply at the beginning, because I had to EP for the first week. It took a long time to regulate my supply, and I'm pretty terrified of creating an oversupply with the pump again.
