Engorged at night; help please

My LO is 6 weeks and has been sleeping long stretches at night. The past week, he's been going 7 or 8 hours between feedings. My breasts aren't adjusting well, and I wake up in the middle of his sleeping time engorged.

Last night I did a dream feed out of desperation which helped on one side but not so much on the other because he was too sleepy. I'm not sure if I should pump a little bit...? I don't want to accidentally boost my supply.
