Pumping time?

Hi all!  I EBF my 5 week old, and just started pumping on Monday in order to build an emergency stash and to have DH help with an occasional night feeding. Today I pumped for 15ish minutes, and managed to get 5 oz total.  I could've gone longer (milk was still flowing on both sides), but I was concerned LO would wake up early from her nap and decide she wanted to feed.

Should I be pumping till both breasts are empty, or is it okay to stop when I get my 5 oz?  TIA!
