Borm Free Bottles?

I have a question for those of you that have used the Borm Free Bottles . . . specifiaclly with respect to the flow.  I'm trying to find the slowest flow nipple/botte I can find.

Their website says: "Natural Milk Flow, controlled by baby for an experience closer to breastfeeding."

However their nipples come in 5 differant flows.

How much is baby really controlling the flow?  Does milk only come out if they suck?  Or is it just like any other bottle/nipple combo, where milk drips out regardless of if baby is sucking or not.
