Breastfeeding

Pulling on Left, finger sucking on Right...

Any ideas/suggestions for fixing either of these issues? DD pulls and yanks on me, when nursing on the left side. I've even had to start using nipple cream again! When she nurses on the right side, she also sticks her finger in her mouth. Neither one of these make for comfortable nursing. TIA
