Do you feel lumps even without plugged ducts?

I keep getting these 2 lumps on my right breast. They come and go-bigger before pumping... and today they are burning a little (more like a tingling feeling)Its not really painful and Im not engorged...

Im wondering if anyone experiences something similar if its not a plugged duct. Im super worried about mastitis coming back and maybe just need my mind put at ease.

Do you get lumps normally even if you dont have plugged ducts?
