Blocked ducts?

I've noticed that my right side seems to not be emptying as well as it used to.  I'm an exclusive pumper and I can usually get 3-4oz every 3 hours from that side, but since Saturday I've gotten a lot less (less than 2oz) and I can feel lumps around the breast.  I've tried warm compresses, massage, expressing in the shower, changing suction strength and speed, changing flange sizes, and pumping on all fours (mooo...).  I'm worried it will turn into mastitis.  I'm seeing my Dr. on Wednesday and will ask about it then, but in the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to unblock?  Thank you!!
