How much do you put in your bottle?

This is kind of a piggy-back from one of the other posts earlier...my babysitter keeps trying to up his bottle in-take. I've been setting out 4 oz bottles of breast milk for her. He eats an average of 3 hours apart. She thinks he needs more, and I can't convince her that it's fine to just have 4 oz per bottle. Am I crazy?? She says he is still hungry after he finishes eating...but this is like directly after she take the bottle out of his mouth...he gets a little fussy with me when I take him off the breast (I can tell when he's just sucking as opposed to drinking), but then I burp him and he's fine.
