BFing lead to irregular peroids?

DS is 3 months old EBF and I've had 2 peroids. This month AF hasn't come yet... I'm now 5 days late. Took pregnancy test and came back negative. I don't feel pregnant but I'm wondering if since I'm BFing if that is playing with it. What do y'all think?

Mom to former 30 weeker born early to Pre-E. Now happy, health and growing at home!
