Sleeping longer periods

My twin boys have started sleeping longer periods of time at night (go to bed 10:30 and dont wake until 3 or 5.) This has been fabulous but not as wonderful on my boobs, they are majorly full by the time the boys wake up between 3-5. They don't end up emptying my breasts once they finish eating. Will my supply begin to regulate to their night feedings if I don't pump? I am thinking of pumping after this feeding so I can finally begin to build up a little freezer stash of milk. What are other people doing as little ones start to sleep longer periods?
