pain, rash and low supply
Afraid this might be the end of nursing 
i have no idea what is going on, i have a red slightyy bumpy rash around the bottom of my nipple, so the innermost portion of my areola, it often looks white and scaly also. There is now a huge, painful crack at the base of my nipple. The pain is terrible. This msay be related to pumping as I just went back to work full time 4 weeks ago. I was pumping 4 ounces last week, this week its less than 1. Its like Im pumping too hard and hurting myself while simultaneously not pumping hard enough to keep up my supply.
Any suggestions? I contacted a LC but I need help before Monday.
Fwiw I' ve had yeast before and this isn't ilike that.
