Any suggestion for head cold relief?

My sinuses and ears are congested: I'm using my sinus rinse bottle very gently but my ears aren't draining, are difficult to clear, and now one is ringing.

Any suggestions?

Dd is doing ok. She has some congestion but is in a good mood, just nursing and napping a lot, thankfully.
