C-sections

Hernia?

So, I am about 6 weeks PP and my doctor cleared me for moderate exercise at 4 weeks. I have been working out a little each day (thighs, arms and butt) and have been feeling great. Just yesterday I started feeling a liitle sore again and the area above my incision has puffed out a little(it seems like it's the area where my internal incision is). I'm starting to worry and I'm not sure if I just overdid it and need to rest or if it's something worse...thoughts?
