Refusing breast

Baby has completely stopped nursing at breast I have been pumping a week now but having a hard time keeping up . I have been struggling with my supply since the begging . I saw a lactation consultant last week and she said I have to give him formula or pumped milk after feeding he was still nursing a little at breast I have 2 other children to take care of , I am just so ready to give up . Please just give me some words of wisdom . He also wakes 4 times a night and eats 35 oz every 12 hours he is 4 months 2 weeks and he never naps , also in the 5th percentile for weight . Please tell me it will get better.
