Right now I'm still trying to make sure my milk is well established by pumping every two hrs...I have read conflicting advice about the length of sessions... Many say 15-20 min but also say " or after the last let down."  We'll...I have discovered that if I pump for 40 min I get a let down at the end...but that is a brutal schedule to do 40 min every two hrs, I only really have an hr off.it vey hard to imagine doing this for three months.  Is the 40 min necessary?
