Follow up question after posting about fenugreek... Help me set realistic expectations. How much do you typically get with each pumping session, or total per day?

I'm nursing and pumping to create a freezer stash. Before starting fenugreek I'd get about 2 or 3 oz per session except first thing in the morning I get closer to 5 oz. I haven't taken fenugreek long enough to see an increase but am wondering how much others get so I can get an idea of what's "normal". Thanks!
