I'm trying to increase my milk supply so I have more in the freezer for when I go back to work. I've read that I should take between 6 and 12 pills per day and that I should take enough to make me smell like maple syrup. If you're taking fenugreek, how much are you taking?

Any tips on increasing milk production other than pumping and nursing frequently and talking fenugreek? TIA!
