Pumping and Supply Question

Quick question - I've been looking at Kellymom and I think I must have overlooked this info, but does pumping affect the quality of milk that my LO gets? In the sense that if I'm pumping in addition to feedings to make a stash for when I go back to work, will my milk supply start varying in calories/fat content in a negative way for LO or will DS adapt to the changes? I hope that question makes sense.
