Working Moms: What is your employers policy?

My employer just put in place a VERY breadfeeding unfriendly policy- because they are going with the premise that breastmilk is a body fluid, like urine. My argument is its a nutritional object, like cows milk. They want it stored in a cooler, never to enter a refridgerator, not even a private fridge.
