Lazy boob?

Not sure if I have asked this here yet, I am a crazy poster lately, sorry! Anyway, is it normal to have one boob that is smaller and seem "lazier"? DD doesn't seem to drink as vigourously from it and I guess I can understand why, it seems to be an under performer and not as "full" as the other. She takes almost twice the time to empty it as the other one. Normal? Anything I can do to get it like the other one?! Maybe not in size but in efficiency?
