Going to an amusement park with no baby.

It's hubby's birthday on Friday and we are all going to Six Flags. My mom volunteered to watch the kids, so we are more than thrilled to have evening all to ourselves. I plan on only staying there for 6-7 hours, whereas he is staying there the whole night. I go back to work on Monday so this is the perfect opportunity to see how my little man reacts to me being away for a long period of time. I'm taking my pump so I can pump every few hours. But should I pump every 2 hours? Or every 3?

Other than work, has anyone been away from their baby for a long period of time? How did it go?
