Quitting Fenugreek

Does anyone know how long it takes for Fenugreek to leave your system?  I posted Monday about getting very sick.  With the tummy issues I've been having, I haven't taken my fenugreek or drinken my mother's milk tea since Sunday.  However, I've still been able to pump enough for LO at daycare and nursing fine in the evenings.  Does it take a while for the Fenugreek to leave your system?  Or am I apparently okay not taking it?  I'd love to quit taking it as it bothers my tummy some.  But will start taking it again as soon as my stomach is 100% again if my supply is going to drop not being on it.  Thoughts?  If my supply was going to tank after stopping Fenugreek, when would it happen?  TIA!
