Anyone Have Emergency then Scheduled RCS?

I labored for 20 hours (3 hours of pushing) before they decided it was go time and we just had to have a C-section. My recovery was tougher than I imagined it would be, but honestly I never really thought I'd have to have a C-section. It took a good two weeks for me to be able to move around on my own and a week even before I could get out of bed alone. I am hoping with this RCS my recovery time will be better since I won't have to labor before? Anyone have that experience and could give me an idea of what to expect? Thanks so much!
