Anyone else dealing with this? It is really affecting me and my BF. Last night it was so painful for over an hour and the next time I fed it was so painful that I couldn't even let him latch. I dread leaving the house because it's so painful in the cold.

I'm doing warmth, and B vitamins. I'm considering starting nifedipine. Has anyone else tried it?
