28 weeks pregnant and discomfort around incision

Hey Mommas,

I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy and had a c-section with my first.  Just yesterday I have started to experience discomfort in my lower abdomen around my c-section scar.  I might have over done it yesterday with cleaning and errands and picking up my 20 month old.  It's not sharp pain, but constant discomfort and today it is very uncomfortable when I walk.  Has anyone else experienced this?  It's kind of like the feeling when you have done too much and your lower back is sore at the end of the day, but in my lower abdomen if that makes sense.  Just wondering if other c-section mommas experienced any discomfort that is similar in subsequent pregnancies??? Thanks!!!
