stopping pumping and thrush

I've decided to stop pumpung, as this is the best decision for me and my family.I recently approached my LC because my nipple was hurting, it kind of felt like my nipple was still being pulled, even if it wasn't being pumped. She thought it might be thrush. So I started the antifungal stuff. Is it ok to be slowly stopping by decreasing my pumping times while I may have thrush? I can't do this anymoe. And can my baby catch thrush from the pumped milk? Do I need to throw it out?
