Swelling?

When should you be concerned about swelling in your feet? It was really warm at work today and I was on my feet a lot, so I'm pretty sure that's where the swelling came from today. My blood pressure was normal at my appt. this morning at 122/80. She asked if I had any swelling, and at that point in the day, I did not. It just got me wondering if there was a point that you should be concer ned about swelling?
