Decreased supply-have to supplement with formula

LO is 14 weeks old. I am an exlusive pumper, and I have been since LO was 1 week old.

I have always made just about the same amount of milk and LO eats, but 2 weeks ago, I returned to work, and my supply has taken a huge hit. I work 12 hours shifts, and I am only able to pump about 5 times a day. And since LO doesn't nurse at all, I only empty my breasts 5x a day.

I tried fenugreek 4 caps 3 times a day, and that didn't work.

My question is: Is there any benefit to giving LO only 1 bottles of breast milk per day? Or, should i just stop driving myself nuts and switch to 100% formula.  I have a stash of about 80ml frozen and after all my milk dries up, I could either use it up in 4 days (if I do all BM feedings) or I could stretch it out and give 4oz a day of BM.
