Breastfeeding

Suddenly very painful. Any ideas?

My daughter is 6 months old and over the past few days she has started pulling her head back while she's nursing. It's almost like she's stretching my nipple. Then she looks up and starts laughing and smiling. It's incredibly painful, and now my nipples are sore. Any thoughts as to what is happening and why this is a new development? Is she just laughing at my misery? lol

Any tips to get past this?
